The ONE FUTURE platform and product options are available to all to Realty ONE Group Network Members.

Our platforms offer Target Date Funds as the default investment option for those who do not want to create their own asset allocation. The IRA and Roth IRA options have a 0.99% asset-based fee and no fixed annual fee. The single employer 401k has a 0.99% asset-based fee with a $30 fixed annual fee.

IRA and the profit share portion of 401ks may be contributed as late as April 15th of the year following the deduction. 401k deferrals must be made during the calendar year.

The ONE FUTURE 401k offers annual deductions from $22,500 up to $73,500 (indexed for inflation).

To contribute to a Roth IRA, single tax filers must have adjusted gross income of less than $153,000 in 2023 ($228,000 if filing jointly). The Roth 401k does not have income limits.

You can take distributions from your IRA at any time. There is no need to show a hardship. However, your distribution will be includible in your taxable income, and it may be subject to a 10% additional tax if you're under age 59 1/2. Certain acceptations may apply such as disability, divorce orders, qualified higher education and qualified first-time home buyers ($10,000 limit).

401ks also require attainment of age 59 ½ but may also allow for hardship distributions and/or loans (up to the lower of $50,000 or 50% vested balance)

The “High Networth Deduction” (HND) is a ONE Future branding term for our group or single employer Cash Balance Plans. Cash Balance Plan’s are a form of Defined Benefit Plan. YES. The ONE Future 401k will allow agents to take loans up to $50,000 or 50% of their plan balance (whichever is lower).
